AI in smart cities

Faced with more social challenges, cities have been using technologies more and more to monitor, regulate and make new policy to improve the quality of life in cities. Smart cities, combining sensors from the Internet of Things, policy and other forms of data, are already using advanced forms of Artificial Intelligence within their jurisdictions. Other uses of Artificial Intelligence are to improve the contact with their citizens or improve public services. This session will give the floor to leading Smart Cities in the world to illustrate which kind of AI they are already using and what lies in front for the future.
