TDS 2021 will take place on 7 September

The main theme of this year’s Tallinn Digital Summit is Trusted Connectivity.

Trusted Connectivity encapsulates a range of vital activities and initiatives, from ensuring transparent and inclusive infrastructure investments to establishing Smart Connectivity, that are instrumental to a prosperous and sustainable post-COVID-19 recovery and to our geopolitical stability. The high-level annual event for political leaders, entrepreneurs, and the tech community will focus on:

  • Enhancing trust and transparency to make large-scale cross-border infrastructure investments attractive to the private sector to boost economic growth and to facilitate the digital transformation.
  • Discussing the kind of connectivity that is needed and future-proofing infrastructure investments.
  • Empowering governments to take ownership of their digital futures by building more effective and cost-efficient digital government services.
  • Planning and building smarter cities and converting technologies into services that will actually affect our quality of life.

The Summit sessions will take place in a hybrid format on 7 September at Tallinn Creative Hub. The opening speech will be given by the Estonian Prime Minister, followed by keynote speeches and a plenary session of government leaders. There will be case studies and parallel discussions that bring together innovation, business, and public policy.
